1. What Keepsake is

Keepsake lets you design a digital memory card or a personal love-story website and share it with a link, QR code or NFC tag. Designing and previewing are free; you pay once to put a keepsake live.

2. Your account

You need an account to save and activate a keepsake. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for what happens in your account. You must be 18 or older, or use Keepsake with a parent or guardian's permission.

3. Prices and how long it lasts

• Memory card: ₹99. Love-story website: ₹299. One payment, no subscription and no renewals.
• Forever. Your keepsake stays live with no further charges for as long as Keepsake operates. If we ever have to close the service, we will give you at least 90 days' notice by email and a way to download your photos and text.
• Prepaid QR cards. Some gift shops sell Keepsake cards with a printed QR code and a scratch-off 6-digit PIN. The code is already paid for: scan it, design your keepsake and enter the PIN to put it live. Each code works for one keepsake only, a card code activates a memory card and a website code activates a website. Keep the PIN private; after 10 wrong PIN attempts a code locks until you contact us with proof of purchase.

Prices are shown before you pay and include applicable taxes unless stated. We may change prices for future purchases; this never affects what you have already paid for.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card or UPI details. See our Refund & cancellation policy and Delivery policy.

Discount codes. A creator or promotional code gives the discount shown at checkout, on the keepsake. One code per order; codes have no cash value and we may end a code at any time.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, words and links you add. You give us permission to store them and show them to anyone who opens your keepsake's link, so the service can work.

You must have the right to use everything you upload, including photos of other people. Do not upload anything that is illegal, sexually explicit, hateful, harassing, violent, or that shares someone's private information or images without their consent. Song links play through Spotify under Spotify's own terms; without a Spotify login, Spotify may play only a preview.

6. Reports and removal

Anyone can report a keepsake page using the "Report" link on it or through our contact page. We may hide or remove content that breaks these terms or the law, and suspend accounts that misuse Keepsake. Where the law requires, we will act on valid notices within the required time.

7. Passwords on keepsakes

An optional password helps keep a keepsake private, but anyone you share the password with can open it and share what they see. Don't put anything on a keepsake that you couldn't bear to have shared.

8. Our liability

We work hard to keep Keepsake running, but it is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the keepsake concerned. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you by email or on the site before it applies.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in [your city] have jurisdiction, subject to your rights as a consumer to approach a consumer commission near you.
